How it started
She finds them.
I move them.

This business started with my wife and a stack of books she could not stop talking about. She has the eye. She can look at a shelf of a hundred spines and pull the three that matter, and she has been doing it long enough that she is right almost every time.
What began as a weekend habit turned into hundreds of books sold online, a rhythm of sourcing and listing and packing, and a genuine pleasure in the part most people overlook: connecting a specific book with the specific person who has been looking for it. We stepped away for a while. Life does that. Now we are rebuilding, with better systems and the same reason for doing it.
We are not a warehouse operation pretending to be a bookshop, and we are not a hobby pretending to be a business. We are a small, licensed Oklahoma company that takes inventory seriously, answers its email, and treats an inaccurate listing as a real problem rather than a cost of doing business.
If you are a reader, that means the book you receive is the book we described. If you are a publisher or distributor, it means you are dealing with people who will pick up the phone, pay on terms, and still be here next year.

What we hold to
Four standards we do not negotiate on.
Quality
Every book is inspected by hand before it is listed. If we would not be happy to receive it ourselves, it does not go in the box.
Accuracy
Condition is graded honestly, edition and printing are verified, and flaws are disclosed. A surprise in the package is a failure on our part.
Service
Questions get real answers from one of the two people who own this company, usually the same day. Problems get made right without an argument.
Love of reading
The whole thing exists because we care what ends up on someone’s shelf. That is the part no logistics system can replace.
